Looking Ahead: Currents, Ripples, and Tributaries

This page will highlight Water Walks that are occurring on Turtle Island in addition to other Water related Indigenous movements and concerns.

A part of the teachings behind the Water Walk is the notion of always looking ahead. The Little Boy Eagle Water Staff guides us as we take our careful steps. He clears the way spiritually and the men or gender fluid people clear the way physically. As such, this section of the website also peers ahead, seeing what obstacles or difficulties might lay ahead in relation to the Water; it employs an emergent method, adapting to our future needs but also highlighting the work for the Water that is going to take place.

Please check back as more information will be published here as well! ninanskomitin/chimiigwech/thank you for taking the time to visit this site and for thinking about the Water.
